Family and Friends are respectfully invited to attend a Celebration of Tony's Life to be held at the Garden Chapel, Albany Creek Crematorium, 400 Albany Creek Road, Bridgeman Downs, on Friday, 19th August, 2011 commencing at 10:30am.
In Lieu of flowers, donations to the Fred Hollows Foundation, would be greatly appreciated.
